You'll use a professional identity and background we provide (not your personal one) to join interviews. Once a project is secured, you'll take ownership of operating it. This role is ideal for confident speakers who enjoy technical discussions and want to earn stable, recurring income.

• Proxy interview representing senior engineer profiles (we provide the resume and context) • Join and lead the following types of meetings: • Job interviews including introductory, technical and final rounds • Daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Keep your camera on and communicate clearly • Outsource hands-on development to developers in your community • Ensure project delivery quality and client satisfaction

• Fluent spoken English (Full professional proficiency OR Bilingual/native required, non-tolerant) • Strong experience in full stack software development with agile/scrum environment • Confidence in communicating clearly during video interviews • Willingness to represent (i.e., impersonate) a U.S. citizen, given an identity (name, profile, work history, etc.) • Work in EST/CST
