Sign in and open My purchases (/applicant/purchases): every order is listed with its receipt. Subscription charges are also on /applicant/subscription under Charge history, each with its own receipt.
A receipt shows the receipt number (INV-…), the date and time, what was bought, the amount, how it was paid, and the exact agreement you ticked at checkout. You can print it or save it as a PDF from the receipt page.
Your confirmation e-mail has a link to the receipt too, and a Request a change link if anything on it is wrong.
Something not right with a charge?
Send a change request: billing mistakes our records prove are refunded automatically, and a person answers the rest within two business days.
