4,153,956 people chose to be found by recruiters. Search by anything they told us — skills, titles, places, “5+ years”, “remote” — or paste a job description.
Everyone here chose to be found by recruiters who are filling open roles — 4,153,956 people so far. They can stop being discoverable at any time, and they leave every search when they do.
1
Search free, without an account
Anyone can search by title, skill, product, place, experience, level, way of working and more — not by name, e-mail or employer. You see how many people match and what they have in common. Groups smaller than 5 are left out, so a narrow search can't single anyone out.
2
25 previews a week, no account needed
The results show as groups — a job, a place, years of experience — and each opens a preview: the skills, products, earlier titles and more that the person shares with at least 4 others your search finds. Never a name, employer, school, dates or résumé. Opening the same person again that week is free.
3
Open profiles with a free employer account
An employer account opens the people: their profile and résumé as they sent it. E-mail addresses stay masked until you unmask someone, with a reason; every profile opened and every unmask is logged.
4
25 profile views a week
Opening someone's profile for the first time in a week uses one view; opening them again that week, searching, folders and your own applicants are free. Views reset every Monday at midnight Pacific, and accounts used from the same browser share them.
5
QA and test engineers:
85 job titles in the network count as qA and test engineers, most often QA Lead, QA Automation Engineer, Test engineer and QA Engineer
— and people with no title who list Selenium, Test Automation or Manual Testing
Views are unlimited while your jobs are getting real applicants: a job open now with a real applicant in the last 14 days, and 10 or more real applicants over the last 4 weeks, in at least 2 different weeks. Your organization's jobs all count. Your console shows your numbers week by week.
6
What counts as a real applicant
Someone who applied through the apply form. Not counted: imports and syncs, applications flagged by our abuse checks, applications sent from your own team's network or e-mail, more than 3 a day from one network, and the same person twice in a week. These only decide unlimited access — they never change how an application is handled.
7
A reading pace for every account
Unlimited accounts included, an account opens at most 40 people every 10 minutes and 800 a day, and unmasks at most 20 an hour and 100 a day — so software can't copy profiles in bulk. Opening someone again within an hour doesn't count.
8
How we keep it fair
Limits follow the account, a first-party browser cookie, the network (kept only as a code that changes every week, never the address) and the browser family. Browsers that actually draw the page — they download its one-character font — can search more often. We don't fingerprint devices.
25 of 25 previews left this week — a preview shows what at least 5 people your search finds have in common, never a name, employer or résumé. A free employer account opens the full profiles.
