1. For Everyone
- Terms of Service — the agreement for using Amberrole.
- Privacy Policy — what we collect, why, who sees it and your rights.
- Cookie Policy — the cookies we use and how to control them.
- Acceptable Use Policy — conduct rules for everyone, and what we do about abuse.
- Arbitration Agreement — how disputes are resolved.
2. For Employers
- Talent Network Access Policy — who may search the talent network, the 25 weekly profile views, unlimited access while you're hiring, and how contact details may be used.
- Invalid Traffic Policy — employers must not fake traffic: what counts as invalid, how it is detected, what happens to it.
- Data Processing Addendum — how we process applicant data for you.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy — sales, cancellations and billing fixes.
Jobs must be real openings you are recruiting for, described honestly, with the pay and place as they are. A posting that is not a real opening may be removed, and its applications do not count toward talent network access.
A job must never ask applicants to pay to apply or start, to cash checks, move money or re-ship parcels, to buy gift cards or crypto, or for bank, card or Social Security details before they are hired. A posting that shows those signs is saved as a draft and reviewed by a person before it goes live; one that breaks these rules is not published.
3. Programs
- Sales Partner program — the help and rules for Sales Partners, accepted when joining.
- Data Partners — every active data partner; data flows only to partners a person opted in to.
4. For Candidates
- Consents — every consent you can give, in its exact words, and how to change it.
- Subscriber Agreement — the Priority Review subscription.
- Your data — see, download or change what we hold about you, and stop being discoverable.
5. For Advertisers
- Advertiser Terms — the agreement for advertising on Amberrole.
- Ad Content Policy — what ads may say and show.
- Advertiser Acceptable Use — how advertising tools may be used.
6. Enforcement and Appeals
We enforce these policies in proportion to the harm: a warning, limiting a feature, removing content, switching off access, or suspending an account. Report a problem at /report; to appeal a decision, write to legal@sourcehire.app with what happened and when. We answer appeals in writing.
