What uses a view. Opening a person's profile from the Talent network — it shows their résumé as they sent it, and lets you unmask their e-mail. The first time you open someone in a week uses one view; opening them again that week is free.
What's free. Searching and the result list, Groups & folders, Cohorts, Audiences, and your own applicants and imports.
How many. 25 a week. Weeks start on Monday at 00:00 Pacific time, and unused views don't carry over. Your count is on the Talent network page and, with the details, in the Policy center (/admin/policies).
Shared by browser. Accounts used from the same browser in a week share one allowance, so a second free account doesn't add views.
When they run out. Profiles you already opened that week stay open; anyone new waits for Monday — or for unlimited access. See "Unlimited Talent network access".
Unmasking. On a limited account you can unmask only someone whose profile you opened that week; each unmask still needs a reason and is logged.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
