Without an account. /find-talent searches everyone who chose to be discoverable and answers with how many people match and the most common titles, places, experience and levels among them. Words match titles, skills, products and places, never names, e-mail addresses, employers or résumés, and "-word" exclusions are ignored. Groups smaller than 5 are left out, and a total under 5 reads "fewer than 5".
Previews. The results are listed as groups — a job, a place, years of experience — and each opens a preview: the skills, products, earlier job titles, industries, level, degree and way of working that person shares with at least 4 others your search finds. A preview never shows a name, e-mail, phone, employer, school, dates or résumé, so it can't point to one person. Each browser opens 25 previews a week (each network at most 100), opening the same person again that week is free, and they come back every Monday at midnight Pacific.
Signed in. With an employer account the same page lists the people, as the Talent network does, with links into their profiles (opening one uses a profile view on a limited account) and Open in your Talent network for every filter.
Limits. Searches are limited per hour: most for signed-in accounts, then for browsers that actually drew the page, least for anything else. Previews open only in a browser that keeps its cookie and drew the page, at most 12 new ones in 10 minutes.
Why previews, not profiles. The people in the network agreed to be shown to authorized recruiters filling open roles, so we show who they are to employer accounts only.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
