You accept the Talent Network Access Policy (/legal/talent-network) once, before your first search. In short:
- Search to fill roles you're recruiting for, and contact people one to one about those roles. - Keep what you see within your organization: no selling, sharing, publishing or exporting contact details or profiles, and no adding people to mailing lists. - No scraping, scripts, shared logins or extra accounts to get more views. - Every profile opened, every unmask and every résumé viewed is logged.
What we record to keep it fair. Your account, a first-party browser cookie (tn_dev), and your network and browser family as codes that change every week. No device fingerprinting.
Reporting misuse. Use /report, or write to legal@sourcehire.app. People in the network can stop being discoverable at any time from /apply/me.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
