A real applicant applied to one of your jobs through the apply form. Applications that don't count toward unlimited access:
- Not through the form — imports, ATS syncs, and applications that came from Amberrole's own outreach. - Flagged — every new application is scored by the abuse checks (throwaway e-mail domains, automated browsers, many applications from one e-mail or network in a day); a score of 50 or more doesn't count. - Your own team — sent from a network your team used the console from that week, or from a team member's e-mail address. Networks are compared only as codes that change every week. - Bursts — more than 3 applications from one network to your jobs on the same day. - Repeats — the same person counts once a week, however many of your jobs they applied to.
Nothing happens to the application. These rules only decide what counts toward your access. Nobody is rejected, hidden or marked down because of them.
Faking it. Self-made, bought, incentivised or automated applications and jobs that aren't real openings are invalid traffic (/legal/invalid-traffic); deliberate or repeated abuse can get an account limited or switched off. If you think applications were wrongly left out, write to legal@sourcehire.app with the job and dates.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
