The rule. Your profile views are unlimited, automatically, while all three are true:
- a job open now got a real applicant in the last 14 days; - 10 or more real applicants arrived in the last 4 weeks; and - they arrived in at least 2 of those 4 weeks.
Your organization counts together. The jobs of every active member of your organization count, so a teammate's busy job counts for you too.
Where to see it. The Policy center (/admin/policies) shows your real applicants week by week, your open jobs, what's still missing, and anything that didn't count and why. It's checked again every few minutes, so unlimited access starts — and stops — on its own.
Set by an admin. Amberrole admins can also set an account to always unlimited or always limited; the Policy center says when that's the case.
The fastest way there. Post a real opening (/admin/jobs/new) and share its link where the people you want will see it. See "What counts as a real applicant".
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
